The “view” from the bridge. You can see it all from the Blue Bridge Hotel. Simply stroll along the scenic riverside and you will shortly find yourself gazing up at the impressive battlements of Cliffords Tower which has defended the City since the 13th Century. From here everything is close at hand. You can get one of the best views of York by strolling around the City's medieval walls, venturing to explore other historic attractions. Visit the magnificent Gothic Cathedral, the Jorvik Viking Centre or the Museum Gardens. You may choose to enjoy a river boat cruise, a guided bus tour or a guided ghost walk. You may wish to take advantage of the abundance of shopping in York.

Craigs at the Blue Bridge is your invitation to enjoy good food in fine surroundings, at the best value in York.
Since Craig's at the Blue Bridge opened it's doors in January 2000 it has become one of the best known places to eat in York. Prices start from as little as £11.00 for a three course a la carte meal. So why not enjoy yourself in the downstairs Cellar Bar before "loosening your belt" in Craig's.

Whichever direction you approach York from, you will arrive at the outer ring road. Take the shortest circuit to the York - Selby A19 south junction. Follow this road for about two miles towards the city centre. The hotel is located on the right side of the road, look out for the blue awnings over the windows.
