You are not required to update your hotel rates and availability however you are obliged to ensure that your entry on excelhotel.com is accurate at all times and that you respond to all enquiries at your earliest convenience.

Excel Hotels Ltd charge an annual registration fee of £70.00 plus vat which is invoiced following registration. This fee covers the set up of your hotel on our system including the loading of your photographs, the publication of your hotel telephone number, the delivery of booking enquiries by email, the ongoing marketing of your entry on our site in worldwide search engines as well as any necessary technical improvements. For your convenience an electronic invoice will be emailed within 24 hours of registration and immediate payment is required. Please note: Your hotel will not be activated in our system until full payment for this registration fee has been received.
